Read and Write permissions on the ESP partition (believe me, it's way easier to modify the ESP with either Linux or macOS than with Windows but it is possible, mount it on Windows and use Explorer++ to access the partition and modify it)

A real Mac to obtain and create the macOS installer partition on a usb like one would do for any Mac or any trustworthy way to obtain the base macOS installer (gibMacOS(opens new window) should work but I have never tried it).
